ThermaPrint: next-generation
water-based label performance
ThermaPrint is Wikoff’s next-generation water-based flexographic ink platform developed in close collaboration with label converters. Engineered for direct thermal and thermal transfer label applications, it addresses growing demand for durable, high-speed printing while delivering consistent press performance.
Designed around
converter priorities:
Direct thermal and thermal transfer label applications
Durability for demanding
label use
High-speed flexographic printing
Consistent, production-focused press performance
Photoflex Dual Cure UV-LED:
flexibility through the curing transition
Photoflex Dual Cure UV-LED is engineered for both conventional UV and common LED curing technologies, giving label converters greater flexibility as they transition to LED curing without maintaining separate ink platforms.
The broader Photoflex family supports papers, films, foils and shrink materials for applications requiring adhesion, flexibility, print stability and dependable curing performance.
Digital expansion with Ascella
and bolt-on imaging
Wikoff Digital extends the label platform beyond flexographic ink. Ascella UV-LED inkjet inks support coated papers, films, RFID materials and synthetic label stocks across major piezo printhead technologies.
For converters that want to add industrial inkjet capability without replacing existing presses, Wikoff and its hardware integration partners can add bolt-on imaging directly to flexographic, offset and gravure assets for variable data, coding, serialization, authentication and product security.
Prepress and plate technology
that supports the pressroom
Through Wikoff Graphics and Asahi Photoproducts, label converters can connect ink performance with flexographic plate and processing technology. AFP™-REVO HF solvent-process and AWP™-CLFQ water-washable technologies provide options for customers focused on more efficient platemaking, reduced chemical use and consistent, high-quality print results.
What are you trying to make the label do?
Start with the substrate, press, curing method, application and finished-label requirements. Wikoff's Label, Digital, Graphics and Technical Solutions teams work together around your production goals, so ink, curing, digital expansion, prepress and pressroom performance all run through one connected technical relationship.
